a sneak peek of the tutorial for the sweet and sinister blog that artsymama is hosting. I sent it all to her today! it will be posted on thursday. so if you are a part of that be sure and check it out. it was a lot of fun creating it and putting it together. of course i could've gone on and on and on...well you'll see!
so i had a few ideas for decorating pumpkins that i wanted to try this weekend. if all goes well and they come out like they are in my head then i will share them with you. in the past i've always put up some sort of halloween decor, but it's only been in the past couple of years that i've really enjoyed it! of course this year it has completely gotten away from me and all i have up is one little skeleton! maybe this weekend we will pull out some fun stuff!
so this is the lonely little "skeleton key" i have hanging up. he actually just found his home on saturday. i had several of these for sale on saturday and only brought a few home. the others are happy in their new homes! so if you are interested in adopting one i have 2 left. they are $22 each. if you want one that is unfinished i also have a few of those left. the unfinished ones come with all the wood pieces and the wire to put mr. bones together. unfinished he sales for $12 each. just shoot me an email and i'll get him shipped to you right away!
funny as i just opened an email and rather then forward it i thought i would just share part of it here! we all need a laugh or smile right!
"The Sermon I think this Mom will never forget.... this particular Sunday
sermon...'Dear Lord,' the minister began, with arms extended toward
heaven and a rapturous look on his upturned face. 'Without you, we are
but dust...' He would have continued but at that moment my very obedient daughter who was listening leaned over to me and asked quite audibly in
her shrill little four year old girl voice, 'Mom, what is butt dust?"
