Today was an interesting day to say the least! I'm finally starting to feel normal again! My hubby has been sick the past several days and this morning I woke up not feeling so good myself. I was feeling nauseas and just yucky. So he told me to take some alka seltzer...something that helps with that i suppose. I just remember him fixing it for me and I drank a small amount of it and couldn't handle drinking it all. Probably a good thing since I found out quickly that I was allergic to something inside of it! Scary morning and not fun at all! Took some benadryl and slept most of the day. I'm finally feeling somewhat normal again! Thank goodness! Silver Bella is fast approaching and I have a lot to do to get ready!
So last weekend Kels got to attend a dance convention at the U of A with some of the girls and teachers from her dance studio. There were also many moms that went along to support and watch. I was able to go with Kels for the weekend. It was such a fun experience and she is already looking forward to next year!
We were able to see 2 shows, have dinner, hang out with everyone, and watch the girls and a few guys in their classes!
This is how full the classes were, but not everyone that attended was in one class until the last class on Sunday. So the classes were pretty big ones. Kels loved them and felt like she learned a lot from the. It was so fun to see her instructors involved in the classes right along with them!
Kelsey's favorite class was with Ann Reinking. Most of us know her as the secretary in the original movie Annie. Kelsey really enjoyed her class, but also loved the others as well. She was also able to take a class with Sherry Zunker and a few with Jo Tramaine who she thought was so funny and fun to be with.
Overall it was a wonderful weekend hanging out, getting to know some of the other girls and their moms better and spending some fun quality time with Kels! The saddest part of the trip happened on the first night. My camera got dropped on the ground and I wasn't able to take any photos except for a few with Kelsey's camera. Mine is in the shop and I hope to have it in the next few weeks. I should have it in time to take to Omaha with me!
In the meantime I have had some fun new things brewing behind the scenes. I can't wait to share them with you. It's something I've been wanting to do for a long time now and have had several people mention it as well. So I finally decided to get to it! So check back tomorrow! I will be sharing some fun news here on my blog! I can't wait to spill the beans...when I get excited over something it's really hard for me not to share the news before it's ready. This time though I've waited and will have a full post tomorrow!

OK....I'm curious....I'll check back tomorrow! Glad to hear you and Kels had a great weekend together and that everyone is feeling better! Can't believe Silver Bella is just a few weeks away! See you soon.
