Well it's definitely later in the day then I intended it to be! I guess better late then never though!
Jenny Morgan, Samantha Sibbet, Melissa Phillips
So any guesses as to what these 3 ladies have in common? Well I know I can think of several things and to name just a few...they all love to create, they are all extremely talented, and I've had the honor to meet each one of them and know how sweet they all are.
Well there is of course one other thing that I wanted to share with you! I feel very lucky and honored to have each of them be apart of my new design team!
It's been awhile now that I've wanted to have a design team to share fun and creative ideas with my wood product. I've also had many people mention that they would love to see a design team. So I thought we would give it a try. This time around I thought I would start out with just a few ladies and I was lucky enough to have them all say yes!
These 3 ladies have already been busy working on projects to share with you! I can't wait for you to see them! I get so excited when I open up their emails! We have many fun things planned and I hope you enjoy them as much as I have so far!
For tonight though I want to share their photos and bios so you can get to know them a little bit better. Their projects will be revealed a bit later in the week.
I’m Jenny, and I reside in southern California. I’m really an east coast girl now soaking up the great sunny weather that California has to offer! I’m married to a wonderfully creative man who teaches, composes, and loves everything about music. We recently bought our first home and are equally thrilled to each have our own studios and space to call our own. I love to dabble in anything that uses my creative side. I enjoy paper crafts, collage, painting, needlework, and mixed media arts. I love to continually learn new techniques and my style is always evolving. My favorite style right now is anything shabby chic with touches of pink and turquoise along with floral patterns. When I’m not creating, I love to hike, go running, camp, and cook with my husband. I recently entered the world of blogging and have met many amazing and talented women who I am honored to now call my friends. I create because I have a need to…because it nourishes an important part of my spirit….and because it brings me to a place of peace after a busy and stressful day.

Hello, my name is Samantha Sibbet and I live in southern California with my husband and two little girls. Before staying at home with the kiddies, I taught kindergarten for 9 long years. In addition to eating sushi whenever I get the chance and drowning myself in unsweetened ice tea, I never get tired of making pretty things out of paper. I can’t get enough of polka dots, ribbon, glitter, crepe, ink and buttons. My style is feminine and homespun with a vintage flair. I enjoy making scrapbook layouts, cards and my favorite things to make are sweet little decorations for our home. I am giddy and honored to be creating with Kim!
I’m so excited to be joining the team at Miss Alayneeah. Looking back, I think I have always had a love for paper and glue….it’s fascinated me since I was little, but I didn’t give myself the time needed to explore this hobby until I graduated from college a few years ago. It seemed that at that time, my ducks were in a row and I was ready to do something for myself and so I started making Thank You notes to send out after my little girl arrived. I was enchanted….and it’s only gotten better. While card-making is my first love, home décor is a very close second. Paper-crafting is something I love and have grown with and I am thankful to have found it.
I have enjoyed working with manufacturing companies such as Melissa Frances, Papertrey Ink, Webster’s Pages, Tattered Angels, Crafty Secrets, and Pink Paislee. All have been such a wonderful experience and I continue to love working with their products.
I have long adored Kim’s darling wood cut creations and am looking forward to working with her products and sharing them with you.
What a wonderful group of ladies I have to work with! I hope your as excited as I am! I know you will definitely be inspired by their work and creativity!
Stay tuned...on Wednesday I will be sharing a few of the projects with you!

Congrats, Kim, on your fabulous Design Team! What a talented group of ladies. I can't wait to see their designs using your wonderful wood cutouts! I wish you all the success!
XO
