I have to say that I have loved opening my emails to these photos! All three of these ladies are so talented and when I see the projects it makes me want to create something! I hope they inspire you as well.
Today I'm going to share 2 projects from Samantha Sibbet. I met Samantha this past year in Cali while at a vendor show. She is as sweet as she is talented. As she was shopping we were actually talking about a design team. She has been patient with me and when I was ready she was willing to jump on board! If you have the time check out her blog. She has a fun style that I think you will enjoy!
This project is done with one of may background shapes and mini pumpkins. I love how this turned out! This would be a fun little sign to hang anywhere in the house to welcome in the fall season!
These background shapes are fun and simple to use for anything. You could use them for any of the holidays, signs in kids rooms, and they are even fun to use as the covers to a mini album. If you decide to use them as album covers just trace ahead of time to make a pattern and then use that to make your pages to fit inside the album.
This "thankful" banner is also a cute addition to your fall decor! With this garland Samantha hung it horizontally, but it could also be hung vertically.
I love the little touches she added to each shape. I was really excited to see her use the old milk bottle tops though! I love those and have been buying them every chance I get. So my stash of them has gotten pretty large!
So I decided to make up some little packs of them for the Etsy store! I have a love for anything vintage and so it's very hard for me to pass things like that up!
Love the papers she used as well! They are from Jenni Bowlin and it all has a vintage feel to it!
I hope you enjoyed these 2 projects! I will be sharing to more tomorrow! One of them is done by Jenny Morgan and the other by Melissa Phillips. Can't wait to share them with you! One of them happens to be a new pattern and something I can't wait to play with for myself!
Hi Kim,
Great choice of gals for your design team. I love what they are coming up with. I like seeing the new shapes and ideas of how to decorate them.
Have a great Halloween!
